The ultra silent generator sets not only provide the features of the super
silent generators but greatly reduced the running noise. The running noise of
KIPOR Ultra Silent generator sets is an unprecedented
51dB @ 7 metres. This great
improvement is due to the unique design features.
Kipor applies a electronic cooling fan instead of the engine driven fan
improving the cooling performance and lowering noise. The unique air handling
system reduces the bulk of the engine noise. A double muffler and the use of
high quality acoustic absorbing material result in maximum silencing.

4016-46TAG2 engines and the Stamford HCI734F alternator, mounted on heavy duty
skid base frames, with a

The set is fitted with a PERKINS 2006TAG2 engine and a Stamford HCK444E
alternator, skid mounted with a daily fuel tank incorporated into the base, set
mounted control panel with full instrumentation and manual key start system, a 3
Pole circuit breaker, auto shutdowns for LOP, HET, over-speed and LCL,
residential exhaust system, anti-vibration mountings, heavy duty starter
batteries and all standard accessories. The generator would be set at 400/220v,
3/1 ph, 50Hz, 0.8pf at 1500rpm.
The generator will be fully serviced and fully tested and issued with a load
test certificate, manuals, instructions. The generator will then be cleaned,
primed and re-painted as required and delivered as new.

DESCRIPTION OF REMANUFACTURED:
Dear Clients,
When we buy in these used Gensets, we never get any service records (They are
not Vehicles) we don't even get the instruction manuals that is why we have to
supply them new when we resell the sets.
All used Gensets we purchase are put through our workshops and the first job we
do is a full load test and a full check over throughout, we then replace any
suspect parts with new, then we carry out a full service and replace oils,
filters, belts, hoses and check the thermostats the starter motors and charging
alternators are removed and opened up and bench tested, then the main alternator
is opened up and thoroughly checked and cleaned, next we then do a full 4 hour
load test up to and full continuous load, then a 1 hour overload test which is
10% over continuous load, next we then check the auto shutdowns for LOP, HET and
LWL are functioning correctly.
When all above is completed to the satisfaction of the Quality Assurance Manager
the sets are then sent to the paint shop to be thoroughly cleaned, primed and
finish painted and returned to as new condition.
The sets then get a full PDI and are issued with Load Test Certificates and a
new set of manufacturer’s instruction manuals and our Warranty Certificates.
When all this work is completed a full record of the work carried out is stored
in our system for up to three years and can be made available to the end client
if required.
All this has to be done to enable us to cover our Gensets Worldwide with our
parts warranty.
